PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

Sales tax will be added to the price of your purchase if you live in the state of Idaho.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the site prior to the payment being processed.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases. Please use the contact form to let us know if you received the wrong item or if something arrives damaged. We will address the problem and find a resolution, whether that means replacing a product or providing a refund.

PRIVACY POLICY

Heart in Hand Mercantile values your privacy. Your personal and credit/debit card information is used only as necessary to fulfill your orders, collect payment, and contact you regarding your account and orders.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been delivered to USPS and a tracking number has been issued to you, Heart in Hand Mercantile does not have control over the shipping process and does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your order has been lost or stolen (porch pirates are a "thing" now), contact USPS and provide your tracking information to file a claim. If you believe your order has been stolen, you may file a police report with your local police department. Most orders show up, so we suggest waiting a few days and also checking with neighbors to find out if they collected it for safekeeping.  Keep me informed in the event it appears a package has met with an unsavory fate.
